Terms of use
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
About this site
This site is run by Lok, a software studio and a business registered in Israel, and presents our services and our own products. You can reach us at hello@lok.tech.
Using the site
You may browse the site and use the contact form for its intended purpose: to ask us about a project. Please do not:
- send spam, false information, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else’s rights;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its API;
- scrape the site at a scale that affects its operation.
Sending a request is not a contract
Submitting the form, and receiving our reply, does not create an agreement for us to build anything. Any project starts only under a separate written agreement that sets scope, price and timing.
Intellectual property
The Lok name, logo, design and the text and images we created for this site belong to Lok. Product names and logos that appear here, such as Ruvo, Kalkalok, Pirate Wars and Fasting, belong to their respective owners. You may link to the site, but you may not copy or reuse our content or brand without written permission.
Third-party links
The site links to other websites, including our products and our social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it is complete, error-free or always online, and nothing here is professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lok is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
